**Terms and Conditions for the Titanic Festival of Music Ticket Giveaway**

1. **Promoter**  
   The promoter of this competition is Entertainment Events Organisation.

2. Winners will be drawn by an automatic competition tool, as long as entrants have completed entries correctly.

3. **Competition Period**  
   The competition begins on 26th October 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM on 9th November 2024. Entries received after this time will not be counted.

4. **How to Enter**  

   - participants can submit their answer on our competition page.

**Bonus Entry:**
   - To enter, participants must:
     1. Answer the question on the Facebook post: "Which iconic ship is the Titanic Festival of Music named after?" 
     2. Tag a friend in the comments on any competition post.
     3. Share a competition post on their personal Facebook profile.

5. **Prize**  
   - The prize is two (2) tickets to the Titanic Festival of Music.
   - The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and there is no cash alternative. Entertainment Events Organisation reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

6. **Winner Selection**  
   - The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the closing date and will be announced on 11th November 2024.
   - The winner will be contacted via Facebook Messenger within 48 hours of the announcement. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, Entertainment Events Organisation reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7. **Publicity**  
   By entering the competition, the winner agrees to participate in any promotional activity or material as Entertainment Events Organisation may require, such as sharing their competition win on social media.

8. **Data Protection**  
   Personal data supplied during this competition will only be used by Entertainment Events Organisation and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Entrants’ data will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.

9. **Liability**  
   - Entertainment Events Organisation does not accept responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults.
   - To the fullest extent permitted by law, Entertainment Events Organisation will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the entrant’s participation in the competition.

10. **General**  
   - Entertainment Events Organisation reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time.
